I love your apps and shows my brother does too my ipad doesnt work with FaceTime and nobody knows how to work it really want a new one

My daughter loves her baby first apps!!!! An iPad would be perfect for her to play them on a bigger screen and fun for mommy too ;)

Good "free" app but offers no option or notification about the auto subscription after the trial period ends.

I got this app for my grandchildren( 3 years and 16 months)to try. They didnt like/have no interest in it, they would much prefer me to read to them. There is no way to stop this app from charging every month. I have sent numerous emails and have received no responses. Only download this app if you want to have $5+ dollars charged to your card

Tried this "free trial" for my 4 year old. She didnt not find it engaging enough. Would have rather read other books or watched BF TV. For months Ive tried (and failed) to unsubscribe to the app, but there is no easy way to do this. I try, get frustrated, and have to give up due to times sake. Im a busy mom and love BF, but this is giving me a bad taste in my mouth. BF...How do I stop getting charged $5+ a month by your app? We dont even use it. I contacted the website vi message (there is no contact phone number for customer service) and HOPE I hear back ASAP.

I hate how they trap you. They make u pay 4.99 month and dont let you cancel. BS

Every time you want to go read a book you have to sign for automatic Renewal. Its so frustrating. Also ever time I had to download the books from start. Here is how to stop automatic renewal from your iPhone: Go to "settings" Go to "iTunes and app stores" Press on your Apple ID (your email) Go to "view Apple ID" Go to "manage" Turn off the automatic renewal Hope that helps

Go to itunes - Account - scroll down to SUBSCRIPTION - turn OFF automatic renewal. Enjoyed the app!

EVERYTHING baby first is such a rip off! To unsubscribe, go to iTunes and App Store, tap your Apple ID, view Apple ID, click subscriptions, manage and then it will give you the option to turn it off.

Difficult to do auto play or "read to me" options when there is no sound coming out of the app.
